Disability Coordinator - Curzon Ashton Community Foundation

Curzon Ashton Community Foundation run weekly Football sessions for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. The sessions take place on a Monday evening, 6pm to 7pm at Curzon Ashton Football Club. In addition to the weekly training sessions, we have two teams (Curzon Ashton Knights & Curzon Ashton Titans) who both play competitively in the Cheshire East Ability Counts League which takes place once a month in Stockport.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

• Taking of Register and Collection of Player Subs each week
• Liaison with Parents/Carers as to what’s happening with the Sessions/Teams
• Ensure correct equipment is available (Balls/Bibs/Cones/Whistle)
• Looking after the two teams kit each month for League Fixtures
• Organisation of friendly fixtures with other PAN-Disability Teams
• Upkeep of Registers/Player Registration Forms/Contact Lists etc
