Health and Well-being Volunteer

We would like to provide a Health and Well-being Programme for our client group and staff team, we are therefore looking for an enthusiastic person to help develop and deliver it. We have a small gym on site which staff are able to use.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

The volunteer will help staff on nutrition, health awareness and provide support, guidance and motivation to help staff to enjoy a more active lifestyle.

Requirements: Relevant qualification or training
Skill and Qualifications Required:

An interest in helping people lead healthier lifestyles, good communication skills and the ability to motivate.

Areas of Interest: Men, Recreation, Sport, Women
