Middleton Holiday @ Home funding

Published date:

Aims/priorities: Although there are uncertain times ahead the need for activities supporting families experiencing hardship, whilst children are not in school will be needed more than ever. This funding is available to help as many children that need the provision as possible, so projects will be assessed on value for money.  It’s also important that children living in all the areas of Middleton can access provision and it is distributed evenly across the town. There is only a limited amount of funding available so it is advised that groups operating in the same areas work together where possible. The projects will have to run differently than in previous years e.g. they could involve delivery of welfare parcels to help families who cannot leave the house. Whatever the changes we will have to be adaptable to make sure that guidelines and restrictions in place at the time are adhered to.

Who can apply? Voluntary and Community groups and not for profit organisations.
