We offer FREE specialist Drop-In Sessions for people who are age 50+ and who speak Urdu, Punjabi and Spanish. We offer an initial 10 - 15 minute appointment. If you need more time, then we can arrange a longer timed appointment on another day. Please come along if you have any other questions on a variety of subjects including: - Benefit entitlements checks and how to claim any identified benefits - Reading Letters - Making telephone calls - Accessing local services - Bus pass forms, G.P registration etc - Community and Residential care packages - Finding access to correct legal help No need to arrange an appointment, just come along and book in at reception. Our advisor will speak to you as soon as possible.
