Sit and get fit
Research has proven the general benefits of exercise. Regular movement improves your cardiovascular health, strengthens your muscles and bones and raises your mood. Exercise can reduce the risk of major illnesses and help you to maintain a healthy weight. If you are affected by MS, the right exercise can make a difference to managing your everyday activities. It can keep your body at its best by maximising mobility, posture and balance. It can reduce pain and fatigue, improve your confidence and reduce depression. This is free however donations are welcome.
