This course supports members aiming to achieving our Quality in Action Award, breaking down the key sections and what is necessary to include in your folder of evidence. Applicable for members who are starting to gather evidence for their folder.

 

What is the Quality in Action Award?

As our values states we are committed to strengthening the Voluntary and Community sector and helping you to achieve the highest quality across your organisation.

The Quality in Action award is awarded to your organisation following an assessment around 7 key areas that are essential to an effective governance and management.
