The Greater Manchester VCSE Leadership Group are building a new VCSE ‘Collaborative’ to harness the passion, knowledge and expertise that exists within the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, to help influence policy making at a Greater Manchester (GM) level.

What is it looking for?

Existing and emerging leaders from a wide range of backgrounds within the VCSE sector to work alongside the GM VCSE Leadership group to create and strengthen collaborative working between the VCSE and public sector at a GM level.
You don’t need to be a leader by title, it also wants to hear from people who lead through action and ideas, based on the needs of people and communities. You may already be involved in strategic work, or this may be something that you are interested in and would like to be more involved with.

What will you gain?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a ‘Collaborative’ of leaders to make the VCSE sector’s vision for our future a reality.

For potential leaders, you will connect and network with members of the GM VCSE Leadership Group, receive ongoing skills training and development and be supported by your peers to become the next generation of leaders in our sector.

For existing leaders, the Collaborative will be a supportive and dynamic partnership, sharing skills and expertise to carve out an influential role for the VCSE sector in GM.
